Workout Logger
Log what you actually lifted. This is the raw history the v2 plateau-detection flag reads from — right now it's just a clean, local record.
Why log your workouts?
A written log is the only reliable way to know whether you're actually progressing — memory alone is bad at tracking small week-to-week changes in weight, reps or sets. Logging every session also builds the history a future version of Precis will use to automatically flag a plateau (a few weeks of stalled numbers) and suggest a deload, the same way wearable recovery scores work, just built from your actual training data instead of a sensor.
Frequently asked questions
Is my workout log private?
Yes — right now it's stored only in this browser's local storage, not sent to any server.
Can I export my workout log?
Not yet in this version — that's planned alongside the optional account in a later release.
How many entries does the log keep?
The most recent 200 logged sets are kept per device.
